Hot Cocoa
3 Tbsp Cocoa
1/4 Cup Sugar
Few Grains of Salt
2 Cups Milk, Scalded
2 Cups Boiling Water
➔Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water. Cook from 3 to 5 minutes over direct heat.
Add milk. Beat with dover beater. Serve hot. Top each serving with 1 marshmallow or 1 teaspoon whipped cream. 6 servings
